I’m the second owner. Interior and canvas in great shape. No leaks. Includes portable AC unit that works great! Ceramic heaters also included. I’ll include the water hose w faucet pressure adapter, mattress topper, electrical adapters and drill socket adapter to raise and lower easily with a cordless 18V or 20V drill (drill not included). Also level the jacks with this socket quickly. Lots of extras that would be hundreds of dollars if bought new.
