Valcom, Inc. is adding Regional Sales Managers to drive and support growing sales and marketing efforts in defined territories. Support our integration partners as well as the ability to promote and position our solutions within the end user and A&E markets. Have ability to educate and train a wide variety of Valcom customers ranging from CEO to equipment installers. Must be proficient in following sale leads, and may be required to conduct site surveys to assist customers with the design of Valcom solutions. Must be a self-starter, goal driven, have a strong work ethic, be resourceful, and have the ability to work unsupervised. Weekly overnight and occasional weekend travel is required.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience
Experience in IP Voice Communications, Mass Notification Systems, and Security sales is preferred, with emphasis in the K-12 and Higher Education market sectors.
Successful complex solution selling experience.
Possess excellent presentation, organizational and time management skills.
A technical background with emphasis in IT/Networking would be helpful.
