Seeking a Room Exchange for a Work Commute (Roanoke)

Hi,
I live in Radford and am seeking work in Roanoke but have conflicts with the commute to lack of a personal car. Therefore, I am seeking a possible temporary free or low-cost place to stay within Roanoke during the week once I obtain employment there (hopefully by the beginning or end of January 2026). I would be leaving on the weekends, with the goal of eventually relocating to Roanoke as necessary.
I am open to discuss house chores, or any other type of relevant and legal work mutually deemed comparable to the room exchange.
Furthermore, I would prefer a private room, but open to discuss an attic, futon, garage, basement, or camping spot on your residence. Contact me for more info if interested.
