Mother daughter team Wanting a home to rent, rent to own if possible but definitely want a place to settle so a yearly lease would be preferred. Will only be 2 human occupants as well as 4 small, well trained and well taken care of dogs. Both occupants have long term steady employment, would prefer under $800. Great references, clean backgrounds, smoke, alcohol and drug free. Will be amazing tenants.
