Crystal Clear, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week to start). We are a growing service company looking for someone who can support our hiring needs, assist with customer inquiries, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. You will be required to visit our local customer's projects for the purpose of recommendations.
⭐ Position Responsibilities:
Hiring & HR Support
Post help-wanted ads as needed
Conduct initial interviews with applicants
Assist in hiring and onboarding field technicians
Office & Customer Support
Take inquiries from prospective customers
Schedule appointments and consultations
Review project needs, make recommendations, and prepare/submit estimates
Marketing Support
Perform light social media posting and engagement / Word Press experience a plus!
⭐ Requirements:
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Comfortable speaking with job candidates and customers
Basic computer and social media skills
Experience in administrative or customer-facing roles preferred but not required
