Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the successful management of our management company. They will work in conjunction with the Managers in the needs of the assigned community portfolio. Our continual growth means opportunity for advancement and success. Send Resume, references and salary requirements to be considered. Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with informational updates related to resale packages

Prepare and distribute welcome packets to new homeowners

Maintain updated vendor insurance certificates

All manual filing and scanning for digital filing

Communicate in person, telephone, or email to board members, homeowners, and vendors regarding association community business

Assist Board of Directors and homeowners with problem resolution

Assist with compliance letters and address related homeowner concerns

Work with vendors to coordinate maintenance of community property

Assist with organizing, scheduling, and conducting board meetings, annual meetings, and community events.


Two the three years related experience in a professional office setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with HOA documents strongly desired (articles, bylaws, deed restrictions, etc.)

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail and Publisher)

Self-starter and team player

Able to work alone and need little supervision

Ability to learn quickly and use available resources to research solutions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and pay attention to details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities

Willingness to learn company processes and procedures and use new software

Adaptable and dependable with professional demeanor and solid attendance record

Ability to work independently, but with accountability to achieve end results

Hours 9am-5pm, 4 day work week, extra hours are available certain times of the year, depending on work load.
