Equipped w/ a DeArmond Tone Boss soundhole pickup, the Guild DS-240e Memoir harkens back to the raw & rustic age when guitarists plugged their acoustics straight into their tube amps.
It all starts on a top-class acoustic foundation, featuring a solid spruce top and gorgeous mahogany for the back & sides …a tonewood combination that produces stellar high and midrange tones w/ a rich bass response. In addition, a comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck & a pau ferro fingerboard is highly responsive and playable.
