Very comfortable and lightweight for a solid wood Les Paul, based on feel and bathroom scale I’d put it in the mid to upper mid 8lb range.
Beautiful flame mahogany neck.
For a 2023 guitar this has been used extensively, and it shows. Lots of scuffs scratches and dings on the guitar and case. I’ve tried my best to document all in photos.
I purchased this guitar to upgrade the hardware and refinish in nitrocellulose lacquer, but now I am moving and need to downsize my collection.
So far the pickup rings have been replaced with historic style Cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) M69 rings. slotted pickup hight screws.
Lightweight vintage style Kluson stopbar with steel post and anchors.
Advanced Plating Non-wire ABR-1 bridge with coated brass saddles.
At one point there was a bigsby attached, see holes around the strap button, the knobs have been aged or replaced with aged knobs, low E tuner has been replaced with a gold one.
All electronics and wiring remains factory.
Has some fret buzz around the 2nd, 9th and 12th frets.
This is a very lively and resonant guitar that rings acoustically and when amped up the pickups sound very dynamic, they both measure 7.7 and 7.8 ohms.
***Guitar and case have a faint cigarette smoke smell, has gotten much better since I’ve owned it.
