We are a property management company seeking a qualified handy-person to do repairs and maintenance on rental properties. This includes addressing routine maintenance requests, and possibly larger jobs from time-to-time. We typically have work available every week.
We're looking for a professional who is able to clearly communicate maintenance needs to the property management team; provide accurate estimates; and keep to schedule. We'd ideally like you to be a generalist with a range of skills, from general repairs, to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Minimum skill requirement is expertise in property maintenance and a range of general repairs.
We are currently in need of someone experienced with cement work and need an estimate on replacing a retaining wall.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL:
*must have your own truck
*Be located no more than 15 minutes from Roanoke City
