Konexus360 has teamed up with a well-established distribution center to find a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire assignment! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a steady pace, values teamwork, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track.
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Hours: Monday–Friday with alternating Saturdays (at least one Saturday a month) and Overtime as needed to meet the business needs.

Location: Roanoke, VA

Must be comfortable working in a busy yet calm warehouse environment, quick on your feet, and proactive with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing:
-Accurately pack and ship customer orders
-Log and track inventory into internal systems
-Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
-Keep the workspace organized and running smoothly
-Use handheld devices and basic computer systems for data entry and order tracking
-Collaborate with a team to meet daily shipping and inventory goals
-Occasionally operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-6 months to 1 year of warehouse or production-related experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive tasks
-Basic computer and typing skills
-Comfortable lifting, moving, and packing boxes
-Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
-Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to work
