Looking for a part time individual/caretaker to help with light general property maintenance such as minor work that includes painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance (trimming bushes, blowing leaves, disposing of fallen branches, very minor occasional weed eating with no grass cutting, etc.), occasional small tree cutting (typically 4” or less in diameter), etc., on a property in Ferrum/Endicott at 15-25 hours per week. Minor plumbing and electrical experience and ability is desired and would increase compensation. The selected Individual will be given an opportunity for any major work that becomes available and will be paid accordingly for the specific project, if interested and if not, the major work will be conducted by contractors.
Compensation will be based on experience and ability, work hours can be made very flexible during daylight hours, 80% of the work is in an outdoors environment and individual must have their own transportation to get to work.
