Hi. I'm in need of an UNFURNISHED 2 bedroom or larger house rurally to remotely located. I'm a single, traditional woman and require a landlord who is local to me and responsible in the event of needed home repairs & maintenance.
Me: Non-smoker. No drug use whatsoever. Country-type. I make an excellent tenant/occupant. My elderly, handicapped mother might be the 2nd tenant-occupant.
Rent must not exceed $900 a month please. I am requesting a 1 or 2 year lease with option to rent-to-own/purchase at rental lease end.
I require a rental house that will convert to a rent-to-own contract please.
