Seeking long term rental home with one or two bedrooms ground level with off street parking and outdoor space for a mature woman with two well behaved cats. I have great references and have been a landlord myself and always leave the property better than when I move in. I have bad knees and am looking for one level with little or no steps in a quiet area. I will need parking for a large SUV and 16 foot cargo trailer.
