Beer brewing:
1. Tippy Brew system (https://www.morebeer.com/products/tippy-dump-digital-brewsculpture-v4.html) Built with 2016 software. I bought it from from first owner, a craft beer brew pub owner, who used it a couple of times to test recipes, and I used it for 20-30 brews. All the kettles, burners, probes, computer, etc., in very good/excellent shape and all work fine. $1,500.
2. Kegerator: bought freezer new 10 years ago, 4 taps including perlick, wood collar, rheostat, extra hoses, 5 lb and 20lb canisters with co2. $300.
3. 20 glass carboys, 4 six-gallon carboys and 20 five-gallon carboys. $20 each.
4. Stainless corny kegs: 15-20 clean five-gallon stainless corny kegs, with four short ones that fit well in kegerator. Many rings, valves, grease, etc, for carboys. $40 each.
5. Two fermenters (one is freezer and collar, and other is wine cooler) with rheostats for keeping fermenting Brew at preferred temperatures. $50 each.
6. Copper chiller.
7. Walk-in Perlick cooler, 4x4x8, door seals well, previous owner removed the glycol system. $100.
8. Frankenstein three roller grain mill with diy stand, funnels and plugged drill. Rollers re-knurled about 20 batches ago. $100.
9. Buckets, buckets and more buckets, different sizes,etc.
10. Tubing, bungs, airlocks, cleaning solutions and tools, etc., etc., etc.
11. 100+ lbs grain.
Wine
1. wine filter with extra filters. Used to clarify wine.
2. 2-3 corkers with many size 8 corks.
3. lots of bottles of country wines and mead that could be included in the deal.
