Position summary:
• Visit homeowner/commercial sites, assess decorative concrete coating options, recommend products, identify/quote minor repairs, and send written estimates.
• Average time per client (visit + estimate): under 3 hours.
• Pay: $75 per client appointment + $25 bonus if customer accepts the quote.
Key requirements:
• Own reliable vehicle; good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Neat, professional appearance; pleasant speaking voice.
• No facial or neck tattoos.
• Comfortable presenting options, taking measurements/photos, and preparing simple written estimates.
Typical appointment flow:
• Arrive on-time, introduce company, inspect concrete (driveways, patios, garage floors, pool decks).
• Discuss decorative coating options (colors, textures, slip resistance), show sample photos, note needed repairs.
• Provide ballpark pricing and promise follow-up estimate by email/text no later than the following day.
• Send formal written estimate within agreed timeframe.
