Responsibilities
Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Assist in business development efforts by supporting bids, proposals, and client presentations.
Contribute to the company’s continued growth by helping secure repeat business, expanding client relationships, and driving operational excellence.
