In the process of buying a home, I need someone to pick up my half of the rent at a 2BR 1BA ground floor apartment. Roommate who is staying is very neat & clean, she will not bother you. Prefer female, college age. Lease runs until May 3. Total of rent & utilities (split with roommate) usually = $400-$425. FANTASTIC area, mostly families and young professionals in the complex. Please note: I have NOT yet purchased nor put an offer on a home, so I do not, as of yet, have a date for when the apartment will become available. I expect it would be 1st of the year at the EARLIEST.
