<description><![CDATA[I am searching for space in the Roanoke or Salem area to use part-time as a studio for my Saturday afternoon classes. (2pm-6pm)<br>

Essentially, the space needs to be open (i.e. no walls or space obstructions) and I will need a decent size area to store class materials (i.e. chairs, props, etc.)<br>
<br>
I am will to pay a standard hourly rate or day rate for the use of the space and a reasonable monthly fee for storage space.  Location is very important to me. It must have ample parking and be in a safe area, industrial areas will not be a consideration.  <br>
<br>
I will consider leasing space full-time, on a 12-month basis, for the right location - assuming the classes fill to capacity.  However, for now, I am just looking for something to assist me in testing the water, so to speak.  If you feel you may have a suitable location, or perhaps a better suggestion, please contact me asap.]]></description>
