I've posted on here for a roommate before but had no luck. I'm a 25yo male, non-partier, very hospitable and I tend to be a home-body, although I'm getting a part time job in addition to my full time job, so I probably won't be home that much. My ideal roommate would be around the same age, a non-partier, enjoys watching movies or computers. I currently pay about $550/mo (incl utilities) and want to get that down to about $350. The apartments I'm currently living at has a 2br 1ba for under $600 (near tanglewood). Basically, it would be around $375-400, (incl utilities) which I'm willing to do. I am a 49 year old male with a good natured larger (about 65#) dog. I am looking to move to the Roanoke area and need to do so on limited initial funds. I am in Charlottesville currently and am taking a position that will have me working in the SW area of VA up through Lynchburg. Roanoke is conveniently located for my purposes.
